This notice explains how information is handled for the "Buying Your First Home in Michigan" webinar hosted by Sean Balcom of CrossCountry Mortgage, with registration coordinated by Jerry Weaver.

What we collect

When you register through Facebook or this website, we collect your name and email address and, if you choose, your mobile number, buying timeline, and permission to receive webinar-related texts. We do not collect Social Security numbers, credit scores, income, bank statements, or mortgage application documents through this registration.

How it is used

• To register you for the webinar on Demio, our webinar platform, which sends your confirmation, reminders, and personal join link.
• To let Sean Balcom follow up about the webinar and, if you request it, a consultation.
• If you gave permission, Jerry Weaver may send webinar-related texts from his phone. Reply STOP to opt out.

Where it is stored and shared

• Facebook / Meta (if you used a Facebook form) and our lead-delivery service.
• Our secure registration database.
• Demio, for webinar registration and attendance.
• CrossCountry Mortgage's online scheduler, if you choose to book a call with Sean. Information you enter there is handled by that scheduling service.

Advertising

Public pages of this site may use an advertising pixel to measure page visits and registrations. We do not send your name, email, phone, or join link through it.
